Refund, Replacement & Shipping Policy

AeroAuraCo takes pride in carefully crafting and packaging each order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

All purchases made through the AeroAura website are final sale.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Scent preference or personal expectations

  • Incorrect item selection

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

This policy applies to all products without exception.

Replacement Policy for Damaged Items Only

We will replace an item only if it arrives damaged during transit.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must email clear photo proof of:

    • The damaged item

    • The original packaging

  • All claims must be sent to hello@aeroaura.com

Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same item.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Non-Eligible Replacement Claims

Replacement requests will be denied for:

  • Normal variations in wax, wooden wicks, stones, wood grain, or engraving

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product use

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or failure to follow candle safety instructions

  • Claims submitted after the 48-hour window

Natural variations are part of the handmade nature of AeroAura products and are not considered defects.

Shipping Responsibility & Delivery Confirmation

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

AeroAura is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Carrier delays, weather delays, or service interruptions

Tracking information is provided with every shipment and serves as delivery confirmation.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree:

  • That all sales are final

  • That replacement (not refund) is the sole remedy for approved damage claims

  • That chargebacks filed for reasons covered under this policy may be disputed with proof of delivery, policy acceptance, and correspondence

Submitting a chargeback without first contacting AeroAura may result in order restrictions or refusal of future service.
