AeroAura carefully prepares and ships each order with intention and care. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

All AeroAura products are made and packaged with care.

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier rates at the time of purchase

We ship using trusted third-party carriers. Carrier selection is determined at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times provided by the carrier are not guaranteed.

AeroAura is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

Delivery times may vary depending on location.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

AeroAura is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to address errors

Reshipping fees may apply if an order must be resent due to incorrect address details.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, AeroAura is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing after delivery:

  • Please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided

  • Consider checking with neighbors or your local post office

We recommend shipping to a secure location.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photo proof of the damaged item and packaging must be emailed to
    hello@aeroaura.com

Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same item. Refunds are not offered.
